We strive to display the characteristics, images, and descriptions of our products as accurately as possible.

However, there may be minor differences between the images displayed in the store and the product received, particularly with regard to colors, finishes, or presentation.

Product availability is subject to stock.

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in euros (€).

The applicable price will be the price displayed in the store at the time the order is placed.

Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before the order is completed.

Any taxes, customs duties, customs charges, or handling fees that may be payable by the recipient and are not expressly included in the checkout process will be governed by our Shipping Policy.

5. Orders

To place an order, the customer must provide accurate and complete information.

By completing the purchase process and making payment, the customer submits a purchase request for the selected products.

Once the order has been received, Amir Sport will send a confirmation to the email address provided by the customer.

Final acceptance of the order will take place in accordance with the applicable contracting process.

6. Product Availability

All orders are subject to availability.

If a requested product becomes unavailable after the order has been placed, Amir Sport will contact the customer and may, as applicable, offer:

An alternative product.
A product exchange.
Cancellation of the affected product.
A refund of the corresponding amount.

7. Payment Methods

The payment methods available will be displayed during the checkout process.

Payment must be successfully authorized for the order to begin processing.

Amir Sport does not directly store complete bank card details when payment is processed through external payment providers.

8. Shipping

Shipping costs and conditions will depend on the destination, weight, dimensions, and characteristics of the order.

Any customs procedures, import taxes, customs duties, and handling fees will be governed by our Shipping Policy.

9. Customs and Importation

Orders shipped from the Canary Islands may be subject to customs procedures and import taxes depending on the destination and the characteristics of the shipment.

Where such costs are not expressly included in the checkout process, they may be the responsibility of the recipient.

10. Right of Withdrawal

For distance purchases, consumers generally have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for legally established exclusions.

If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect product, or a product that does not correspond to the order placed, you must contact Amir Sport.

13. Errors in the Store

We strive to keep all information in our store accurate and up to date.

If an obvious error is identified in the price, description, availability, or other relevant information about a product, Amir Sport may contact the customer to correct the information and, where applicable, offer the options legally available.

Amir Sport will make every reasonable effort to keep the store available and operating properly.
