Refund policy

At Amir Sport, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a product, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions set out below and the rights granted under applicable law.

1. Right of Withdrawal

If you make a purchase as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, without having to provide a reason, except for legally established exclusions.

To exercise this right, you must notify Amir Sport of your decision within the applicable period.

2. How to Request a Return

Please provide the following information:

Order number.
Buyer's name.
Product you wish to return.
Reason for the return, if you wish to provide one.

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the necessary instructions to complete the return.

3. Return Costs

In the event of a return due to withdrawal, the customer will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the product.

These costs may include, where applicable:

Transportation costs.
Return shipping costs.
Customs clearance costs.
Customs duties.
Import taxes.
Carrier handling fees.
Other costs directly related to the return.

These costs will be borne by the customer where legally applicable.

4. Condition of the Returned Product

The product must be returned in an appropriate condition, taking into account the nature, characteristics, and operation of the product.

The customer may examine the product in a manner similar to how they would in a physical store. If the product has been used or handled beyond what is necessary to verify its characteristics, Amir Sport may exercise any rights legally available to it regarding any reduction in the product's value.

5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

Defective.
Damaged.
Incorrect.
Different from the one ordered.
Not consistent with the product description.

you must contact Amir Sport before returning the product.

In these cases, the return will not be treated as a simple withdrawal, and the rights and remedies applicable under the relevant legislation will apply.

6. Return Period

Once the withdrawal has been communicated, the customer must return the product without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 calendar days following the communication of the withdrawal, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

The customer should retain proof of shipment of the returned product.

7. Refunds

Once the right of withdrawal has been properly exercised, Amir Sport will refund the amounts legally due.

As a general rule, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless another method is expressly agreed upon and does not result in any cost to the customer.

The refund will be made without undue delay and, in any event, within the maximum legal period of 14 calendar days. In sales contracts, Amir Sport may withhold the refund until it has received the returned product or until the customer provides proof that the product has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

8. Original Order Shipping Costs

In the event of withdrawal, Amir Sport will refund the standard delivery costs that are legally applicable.

If the customer voluntarily selected a delivery method that was more expensive than the cheapest standard delivery option available, the additional amount corresponding to that delivery method does not have to be refunded.

9. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal shall not apply to products or services that are legally excluded from this right.

These may include certain products made specifically according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized products, as well as other cases established by applicable legislation.

10. Refused or Uncollected Orders

If a customer refuses or fails to collect an order, any costs that may arise from transportation, return shipping, customs, taxes, or handling will depend on the circumstances of the case and applicable legislation.
